The Brewrats Ep. 417 Summary 9/7/2009 Wishful Monday

DJ Tado was the first person to speak out in the show. DJ Angel just came in after a few moments. She said that she was in a relaxed mood last weekend. She also did some measures to wake up early. They had their usual earlybird banging. Angel also revealed that she didn't sleep in her house the day before this episode because of the expected traffic in QC. Tado had its own story to share as the crowd went "wasak" when he visited a cockpit house. They had an opening discussion on Mindanao. TV producer Jacko de Leon and hosts of TV5' s Front Act Mike Unson(he arrived before 8 am) and Stanley Chi were the guests that day. That particular day, they revealed DJ Ramon Bautista's guesting in that show (which aired just yesterday). They also talked about the show's future plans (including their plan to guest the whole Brewrats crew in their next season). A group of people from Youth Vote Philippines and the Chicken doctor were also in the booth at the last hour. Mike Unson had a first sample of his stand up comedy act as the 3 rats aked him on some advice on how to become a good stand-up comedian. They also had a discussion on some old school ads like in Sunny Orange, Villa Crisanta and Dahila soaps. In the closing minutes of the show, Mike did another comedy act and a group of U.P. students promoted an event.
