Brewrats Flashback 1: at the Palistuhan Finals
November 2008 (Saturday) Elbow Room, Metrowalk Ortigas
The Brewrats & some brewsters (including us) we’re there for the Palistuhan finals from Ramon Bautista’s past endorsement in a RTD 3-in-1 coffee. We we’re there as early as 8:15pm just to see the event. What’s more is there’s a true blue brewster like Eljohn who’s one of the finalists
It’s a freestyle rap battle event so the rats had to be in hiphop outfit. There’s also samples of that RTD coffee in the venue
After the finalists did their stuff, we were treated by performances by Gloc 9 & Kamikazee. Of course, Ramon did a freestyle rap too
It’s almost 12mn when the rats announced the grand champion. The brewsters were in joy as brewster Eljohn declared as the winner.
After the event, we all had a smile in our faces coz of the enjoyment as everyone went straight to our own homes
